If there's one thing I can't get enough of, it's beauty products with adorable packaging. They are just too cute to say no to and there's something for everyone to love. At the end of 2015, I made a big purchase from TesterKorea with my mom. Some of Skinfood's new Gummy Bear hand products were part of that haul. We got 3 different types from the line to test out and they are the Gummy Bear Jelly Clean Gel in Apple, Gummy Bear Jelly Hand Cream in Grape, and Gummy Bear Jelly Hand Gel in Kiwi. This review is all about the Gummy Bear Jelly Hand Cream in Grape. Let's get to know it!

SKINFOOD Gummy Bear Jelly Hand Cream

Product Description: Grape scented hand cream stored in an adorable gummy bear container. It's specifically formulated to provide rich nutrients and moisture to the hands. The hand cream is non-greasy and gives off a fresh and clean feeling after use.

To Use: Take a good amount and gently massage onto the hands until it is fully absorbed.

Packaging: Adorable. The End. Just kidding, but really though if you like gummy bears (or anything adorable) you are going love this packaging. The product resembles a gummy bear well and it comes with a little tag that looks like a little cape. It's super bear to the rescue~ (Okay, I'll see myself out.) The little tag has some information about the product, although mostly in Korean as you can see above. The gummy bear container is magenta-purple in color to match its grape flavor. The container has a twist-off lid (the gummy bear head is the lid, see image below) and the gummy bear body is a squeeze bottle with a nozzle opening. I have mixed feelings when it comes to squeeze bottles mainly because you can never get all of the products out. I imagine that would be the case with this hand cream as well.

Scent: It smells like grape candy. It is an artificial scent but for me it doesn't smell bad. I like it. It can be a bit strong for some and if you are sensitive to scents, you might want to skip it. I'm not sure if it's due to the hand cream's strong scent or the container is lined with the hand cream scent as well, but you can pick up the grape scent before you even open the product. If you love grape candy scents, you are going to love this!

Color: The hand cream is white in color. It's also a bit opaque as well.

Texture: Despite its cream name, the texture is on the lighter side of a hand cream. I actually don't mind it because it absorbs fast and doesn't leave behind any sticky feelings.
Michelle's Thoughts: Out of the 3 Skinfood Gummy Bear Jelly Hand products we purchased, this Gummy Bear Jelly Hand Cream in Grape has to be my favorite. I didn't expect this at all. While I did hope I would like it, I didn't think it would be my favorite out of the 3. I have this one in my bag at all times when I go out, it's great.

The packaging is obviously A+ for me and it's really the whole reason why I bought it in the first place. The scent is great as well. Although it is artificial grape scent, it smells like one of those grape candies I used to eat when I was little. So it gives a nostalgic feeling to it and I love it.

Of course, the scent and packaging aren't the only reasons why I love this hand cream. In truth, it's because I love its formula. It's light but moisturizing. It absorbs easily and doesn't leave behind any residues. It feels really nice on my hands. Plus, it's great for all seasons and travel friendly.

Final Thoughts: I really like this hand cream and I'm glad I gave it a chance. Its light formula is great and moisturizes my hand nicely. I like the grape candy scent it has and the packaging is just too cute. Overall a great hand cream!

Would I repurchase it again in the future? I definitely want to! The scent is just too nostalgic and I know I'll want it again when I finish my current one. Do I think this Skinfood Gummy Bear Jelly Hand Cream in Grape is worth a try? Yes! If you love adorable products and want a hand cream that works, definitely check it out.
